Hey Norby Community,
Hope you're having a relaxing end of summer! We’ve been busy adding lots of new features, analytics tools, and customization options on Norby. If you’re new around here, welcome! We’ll pop into your inbox every two weeks with a mix of product updates, announcements, tips and tricks, helpful resources, and interesting articles.
You can also check out our brand new changelog for a deeper dive on the changes we've made in each release.
Now, let’s dive in!
We've streamlined our appearance editor and made it easier to adjust your theme while also adding a variety of new controls. You can now adjust drop shadows, border widths, and background and text colors for all the different visual elements in your theme. We've also added much more granular controls that were previously grouped together; for instance, you can now change your button border radius and card border radius independently of each other, which opens the door to lots of cool new layouts, aesthetics, and styles. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
Speaking of customization, we've added the ability to override all of your theme settings for individual events, links, signups, and newsletters. That means individual pages and blocks can be styled independently, all the way down to their border colors and drop shadows. Try creating a new event or editing one of your links and check out all the new options in the Theme tab.
We've completely redesigned our link analytics view with tons of new features and details. You can now see clicks over time as well as all of the users who clicked on a given link. You can also slice the data anyway you like, including by preset or custom date ranges and by adjusting the granularity with which you want to see results.
We've also added the ability to see who clicked individual links in your campaigns and newsletters, not just how many clicks and uniques there were on each link. Check out all the new analytics views by tapping the Analytics button next to any of your published links, events, signups, or newsletters.
We've upgraded the account usage and billing sections of your dashboard so they now show a detailed view of your email, MMS, and SMS usage in the current billing period as well as an estimated bill for the month. As a quick reminder, overages for high-volume customers on the Brand plan will take effect on September 1 – learn more on our pricing page here.
We've made a handful of other small tweaks to Norby in the last two weeks:
We’ve got a ton of new content, events, and drops lined up for this fall and we'll be kicking things off in September on our brand new YouTube channel! Our first series is called How To Norby and will feature deep dives on some of our most requested use cases as well as tutorials and best practices for creating all kinds of cool, unique flows. Tap below to get a text when it launches and let us know if there are any features, use cases, or guides you'd love to see in the series! GET A TEXT WHEN IT DROPS →
