In 3 words, how would you describe your content/community?

I asked around and here’s how people describe my content and teaching style!

Educational, straight up, actionable, and funny!

At the end of the day my goal is to make sure creative entrepreneurs have the skills and strategies to work and lead in ways that actually work for them.

We know this is a loaded question and we love to hear about everyone's journeys so we must ask, how did you end up doing what you do? How does your background relate to where you're at today if at all?

You’re right, I love and hate this question!

I went to school for business, but after graduating I decided I wanted something way more creative. Eventually I went back to school for fashion merchandising. Long story short I had a boss who told me I was better with people development and operations, so I transferred to a different department and really doubled down on that skill set.

Before I left the corporate world I was responsible for store openings across North America as well as partnering with HR to develop training programs for the entire company.

I chose to leave because people matter the most to me, and I refuse to let corporate restraints get in the way of shifting our collective approach to business for the better.

We want to know what you’ve been lovin’ lately (maybe it’s a song, or a book, or even a color) so tell us, what are two things that have been in your orbit?

I had a summer that was very work focused so currently I’m diving into anything that helps me unwind. Enter paint by numbers, and a book called Laziness Doesn’t Exist by Devon Price Ph.D.
