πŸ“½οΈ How to Norby on YouTube πŸ“Ίβ€

πŸ’° Product Updates: A Thanksgiving Grab Bag πŸ›β€

We've shipped a ton of fixes, improvements, and upgrades in our latest release. Head to your Norby dashboard to see all the latest, including:

  • We've added post-signup redirects, so you can now specify a URL to redirect users to after they go through one of your signup flows or register for an event.
  • We've improved sending test SMS and email campaigns and notifications. Test emails will now be clearly marked as such in the subject line and have more flexible delivery options, and we've added the ability to use variables (like a user's name and referral link) in test messages.
  • We've added better SMS and email usage indicators to your dashboard and billing section. If you're in a Norby trial, you'll see your usage in a meter in the lefthand navigation sidebar and get a warning as you start to near trial limitations. Once you've maxed out your SMS and email usage during your trial, you'll be prompted to add a payment method and end your trial to continue using SMS and email features.
  • We've made lots of performance improvements to make your dashboard snappier, your landing pages load faster, and your messages delivered sooner.

...and lots more! See the rest on our changelog.‍

πŸš€ SMS, meet DMs. DMs, SMS πŸ‘€β€

What if your SMS, DMs, and emails could all live together in one place? One place to check in the morning and one place to reply to followers, customers, and community members. One place to send text campaigns and reply to Twitter DMs. One place to send newsletters and answer DM questions from your Instagram community.

Well, we're working on it. Introducing Inbox by Norby: an omnichannel messaging experience built just for you. Inbox is coming soon and we want YOU, our Norby crew, to help us test it before it launches publicly. We'll start sending invites to the beta program in December, but Norby users can sign up now for early access and move to the top of the list:‍
